Global Family & Institutional Wealth is a cross-divisional service offering and leverages capabilities from the UBS Investment Bank and client coverage from UBS Global Wealth Management.

• Structuring and pricing structured solutions/over-the-counter transactions on equities and commodities for family office and institutional clients• Collaborating with structuring and trading desks in Zurich, London, New York and Tokyo• Preparing product-related presentations and pitches for internal sales and client meetings• Working with complex Microsoft Excel sheets (incl. VBA) and Bloomberg terminal on a daily basis

• Building tailor-made investment portfolios in line with the house view and research• Capturing and originating client orders, compromising stocks/bonds, foreign exchange, funds, structured products and derivatives• Providing clients with relevant market information and sourcing investment opportunities• Conducting regular portfolio reviews and monitoring customers' holdings, ensuring adherence to investment strategy and risk tolerance

• Offering support to relationship managers and client advisors, assisting in daily coverage of family office/institutional clients by cooperating with specialists from Global Wealth Management, Investment Bank and Asset Management• Performing account maintenance activities, encompassing account openings and closures, suitability reviews, initial and recurring know-your-customer and due-diligence• Assuring compliance with regulations, policies and standards
