Worked throught three different financial services provided and multiple teams.Created one of the services from scratch through all phases: understanding business requirements, architecture, infrastructure setup, development planning (estimates and timeline) and execution.Implemented new technologies in the ecosystem, such as:- Infrastructure as Code, enhancing governance, faster setup of new environments, better cost control;- Event Driven Architecture enabled having smaller services (therefore cost reduction), easier to track errors on message processing;Contributed to Auditing processes, generating critical reports and improving traceability of the systems.

In a payment industry company serving as a sub-acquirer:Led the core-business team responsible for transaction processing and automated risk analysis. Improved developer experience by enabling robust integration tests through the extension of our internal framework.Responsible for mission-critical components, involving great amount of data and sum of money.

Implemented a remote work culture for the development team, introducing processes and tools that later extended to other areas within the company.Interviewed and hired to build two teams summing 10+ devs. Led the development of a new SaaS product from ideation to its successful launch in the market, which later received positive feedback compared to competitors.Managed a multidisciplinary team.Achieved approximately 100% automated test coverage, enhancing code quality.Reduced the time required to run critical business reports from hours to minutes.
