Head of SOS Fieldservices, responsible for a team of 7 analysts with the following responsibilities:- N1 and N2 support for more than 08,000 local users on Windows, Linux, MacOs operating systems, Hardware (notebooks and printers), Corporate Software, Printer Servers, Active Directory and Cisco Anyconnect.- Meeting room management, providing support for Google Meeting and Polycom equipment.- Mentoring new employees and providing regular feedback.- Participation in projects to deploy Antivirus (Trend), Printers, Gsuite and meeting room booking system and vpn (Cisco).- Management of technology assets, both physical and logical.- Preparation of team performance reports and KPI analysis.- Approval of technology equipment for end users, such as notebooks and peripherals;- Planning purchases with the financial department, as well as participating in Capex and Opex budgets.
