Taking advantage of the experience I gained after working on a startup project like Net2one, I partnered with the owner of the business a new department for selling Software development and consultancy.As it was with Net2one, I was in charge of forming a team and establishing the work tools and technologies to be used. Once the development team was consolidated, I was also the first salesman and account agent for our first customers.I lead more than 20 Bitrix24 CRM implementations, and custom developments of integrations, reports, and several microservices.

At ComprandoEnGrupo.net, not only did I learn to be a better person at work and on a daily basis, but I also learned a lot from my colleagues as professionals. From good practices for coding, to how to manage projects on a larger scale than I was used to.Once we launched the CRM into production, we started to do a lot of work on the analysis and development of all the integrations that add value to Bitrix24. My role, at first, was more of a software consultant. But once I adapted to the technologies the team was working with, I went back to coding, developing microservices, fixing bugs, and proposing improvement points thanks to my CRM experience.

When I was hired at Net2one, the company lacked of a development team. My entry was due to a new business, which as it grew gave me the opportunity to be the leader of a new great team.Programming, training the development team, negotiating with leads, and providing support to customers were my daily tasks, in addition to running the business of a CRM that we adopted as our main product in the company, named Bitrix24.Also, I worked developing custom software for several purposes. I have worked developing web and mobile apps, software integrations, and reports in Power BI.
