- Coordinates with Field’s Production Engineers and Supervisors on the issue of daily and monthly oil & gas production, and data integrity according to the established systems procedures, company policy & standards.- Runs daily and monthly allocations processes for oil production, gas production, associated water, water Injection and gas Injection. Validate allocation results and re-run allocation process as necessary. - Ensures throughout review, analysis and validation of the oil, gas & water production data incorporating well events (oil and gas well tests, flowing and downtime events), tanks levels & gas meter reading entries. Identify data anomalies and rectifies problems as necessary. Performs data evaluation and interpretation. - Manage and maintain the allocation and production program’s setup of Well No., Well Type, Strings, Reservoir, Equipments, Sampling Positions, Station / Cluster / Gas Trunklines & Zone Classification information. - Coordinate with the production system software vendor (P2ES) pertaining program changes, patches, version upgrades in addition to negotiation of contract renewal, maintenance agreement and other required support. - Supports Production Planning section in production volume reporting- Coordinates documentation and logistics for product shipments from terminal to tankers. - Attend production, operations and audit meetings to ensure proper adherence to company policy and procedures. - Provides technical & user support as well as training to existing and new users of data entry, allocation and production management applications (P2ES Production Management and Terminal Management).
