In 2011 Leandro started the Perx Agency, an above and below the line agency which he sold in 2017. In 2015 Leandro purchased the Langhams Lifestyle Estate with the vision of developing the site into a boutique conferencing venue. Since then the estate has evolved to include a unique retail and office space. Ever the entrepreneur Leandro continues to look for unique areas of development to continuously change the face of the estate in order for it to remain relevant and current within its environment. In 2009 Perx Group Holdings was established as the holding company for the 8 companies that fall within in the group that currently has a turnover of R450m and employs over 1000 people.
