I'm the typical T-shaped pro, graduated in Civil Engineering at Anhembi Morumbi University, specialist in Project Management at Ohio University, and I have a master's degree in Internet of Things - IoT from INATEL. I'm also an electronic technician, and an IoT, Innovation and Design Thinking professor, and an entrepreneur. I worked in the civil construction market for 10 years and, over the past 6, I have been dedicating myself to Innovation and New Business Development. I was privileged to contribute for the growth of big multinational companies and lead large-scale projects using the Internet of Things. Luckily I always found room to use my technical expertise and the power of the companies that I worked for to promote social care initiatives - that is what makes me tick. Currently I'm an IoT Manager for Avanade - a Joint Venture between Microsoft and Accenture - where we develop high scalable IoT projects powered by Microsoft Azure Ecosystem. It is simply amazing! I was co-responsible for the structuring, deploying and scaling what is now one of the largest public IoT network in the world, covering more than 280 cities in Brazil, when worked for American Tower. I led the promotion of the IoT LoRaWAN ecosystem in Brazil and was, for 4 years, the head of the IoT Labs initiative - American Tower's IoT LoRaWAN partner platform. I also had an experience as an IoT Product Line Manager for Landis+Gyr - a Swiss multinational, world leader in solutions for Smart Grids - where I am responsible for the management of the IoT portfolio for the Latin American market. I am convinced that only through education we can make great changes happen. That's the reason I often dedicate my free time to I work as a professor and content creator, and I love it! I also have a personal project "Descomplicando as Coisas" that aims to foster the IoT Ecosystem in Brazil.I am a speaker, consultant, restless and passionate about technology. I believe that the Internet of Things is a powerful tool for the digital transformation of companies and our lives. That's why I always try to facilitate the connection between organizations, associations and people who are interested in the topic. I believe this is the secret to run profitable, sustainable, social responsible and large-scale businesses: connection among ecosystem agents and education in technology.
