​​​​​​​At WS Audiology, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services. ​​​​​​​Every day, our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries help bring back hearing for millions of people around the world.• Responsible in analyzing forecast for finished goods (Hearing Aids) based on affiliates' sales and logistics team information sharing, market trend, new launches, and sales trend.• Loading 12 months rolling forecast in ERP system for the manufacturing sites and regional distribution center in Singapore, China, and Poland. • Dealing and collaborating with 24 affiliates located in 22 countries (EU, USA, and Asia) with their sales forecast, phasing in and out of products, market trend, excess stock, monthly inventory and other issues that relates to Supply Chain.• Support all the ramp-up forecast for new products and ramp down for phasing out products.• Analyze the global affiliates' excess inventory quarterly for possible return and used it for conversion or sales to other market (country).

Philippines

• Lead a team responsible for the execution of supply strategies that ensured an uninterrupted flow of materials, supplies, and services for our business partners, McDonald’s Philippines and Subway Philippines.• In 2010, I took a lead on a feasibility study for the supply rationalization initiative of major imported products, in support for the regional direction of our business partner. Aside from standardization, this project saves the company (regional) and our customer in material cost• Involved in the warehouse utilization program, capacity planning, and managing the traffic for inbound and outbound trucks.• Handled vendor management including monitoring and evaluating their performance. • Established the inventory level for the safety stocks and the optimum inventory level for all SKU’s.• Sustained assured supply while maintaining the standard inventory level from 2005-2010
