• Provide tech support for clients during off-hours.• Create and manage templates for monitoring logs and network devices via Zabbix.• Assist in the development and maintenance of Grafana dashboards.

After going full-time, my new objective was to develop a generalist profile with the intent to assist the department on all fronts. My responsabilities were to:• Carry on the tech support duties I took up during my internship;• Document the IT department's daily technical and administrative processes;• Issue and send documents regarding company equipment via DocuSign;Regarding more specific projects and activities, I was tasked with:• Executing the migration from Zabbix 4.4 to Zabbix 6.0 LTS, including the server, application, database and optional upgrade to primary keys;• Deploying Zabbix Proxy on the company's industrial plants.

During my time in this internship, my main responsabilities were to:• Provide tech support through Microsoft Teams and TeamViewer;• Inventory equipment;• Monitor the daily, monthly and yearly backups with Veeam Backup & Replication and manage the tape library (PowerVault TL2000);• Assist in network monitoring with Zabbix;• Basic desktop/laptop maintenance.
