English teacher with a focus in one-on-one classes customized according to the students’ needs, from beginner to advanced ones. Preparation classes for International Certificates (FCE and CAE)

Worked as an English Teacher in an Professional Exchange Internship with Aiesec in colombia (partnership with the secretary of Education of Bogota) in 2 different Public Schools in Bogota (one per semester), with the aim of bolstering language skills and cultural knowledge of these students, from ages 6 to 17, through innovative and diverse methods of teaching. The classes also counted with a Colombian support teacher which knew the demands of the kids and who helped to organize classes, teaming up with the foreigner teacher and being able to achieve better results with up to 25 students per class. There was also a training session with British Council, which gave us a base of a lesson plan to be used throughout the semesters, but in which we were free to make adaptations in order to make the students have a better learning experience, in accordance to their level.

Team member of Aiesec in Aracaju. The team which was responsible to get in contact with stakeholders and remaining members of the NGO, in Brazil and different countries, in order to find exchange students willing to impact our local city with social projects aiming their developments and different areas of knowledge. Talk Project experience: Leader of a team of two people from Aracaju, and 9 trainees (Exchange Students from countries as United States, Hong Kong, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, and Turkey) who stayed here for 6 weeks in two sub-seasons of the program. It consists of conversation classes and discussions with university students who had an intermediate level of another idiom, in order to make them improve in English and Spanish, thus losing the fear of talking in a language different from theirs. It also helps to show the different points-of-view across the globe, breaking paradigms and broadening their horizons. Organized biweekly meetings with the trainees in order to know how the classes were going, aligning information, and to take note of what needed to change. Organized a small event with the talk team and the Talk trainees similar to a TED TALK to university students, where they exposed what they learned during this six weeks and the importance of challenging yourself in a different reality, making a positive impact in society.

Trained and approved in the school's methods in july/2013 - able to teach students from the first to the fourth year (The total amount of time to graduate is five years). Classes vary from 3 to 15 students. Age range from 12 to 50 years. Focus on Communicative Approach and class multimedia.During vacation, the teachers (with the help of the coordinator) elaborated activities and events for the upcoming semester (such as Halloween or a visit to the supermarket to practice English)

Knowledge of Standards (ISO 9001) - Internal Quality Auditor and in non-conformity reports. Process mapping of the company’s areas with their activities (using Fluxograms), updating forms and being responsible for Quality control (avoiding the use of obsolete ones).Coordinator of the 5S Quality program (January to June 2013) – responsible for a team of around 10 Quality auditors, and certified as one.
