I currently work as a senior developer in the backend development team of BR Condos' digital bank. My job consists of analyzing, understanding and coding the digital bank's functionalities and integrations with APIs from partners such as Itaú, Cashway and Sinqia, following the product roadmap, as well as assisting and discussing with the team any questions regarding both business and systems. I am actively involved in application architecture decisions, always keeping up to date with trends and technological innovations, and I always try to bring and suggest to the team the use of new developments and best practices in systems development.

Allocated to a project for a DBC client analyzing and developing improvements, migrating parts of the legacy system to microservices, always evaluating and implementing performance improvements and test coverage

During the period, at first I worked on supporting a legacy product with outdated and somewhat disorganized technologies and architecture, so I was responsible for developing and evolving the proposal for refactoring the system, I was responsible for developing the initial architecture and developing the necessary bases for the refactoring of the system using first .Net 4.7, later rewritten in .Net Core and today working on the .Net 5 version and soon updating to .Net 6, was developed based on the n-Layer distributed architecture using DDD and Web API REST concepts and front with MVC 5 during the system refactoring period I was responsible for organizing and managing the product backlog as well as gathering requirements, monitoring work and reviewing and approving design and architecture standards applied in the process as well as implementing tests end-to-end with Selenium, unit and integrated testing with NUnit and CI/CD deployment in Azure DevOps.Also during the period, I worked actively on the construction and presentation of indicators and proposals for improving processes and methodologies to increase the team's productivity, technology and process training, implementation of agile methodologies and assistance in the management and structuring of the team and periodic feedback from status report for management and board.

Client project assisting in accelerating ETL product development for processing and loading product composition structure data aiming to reduce input costs through tax benefits in Drawback and Reintegra projects, in this period using .net Framework 4.7 Entity Framework 6 with n-Layer architecture, using DDD concepts, Oracle 12c database and a strong focus on unit testing using the NUnit framework.Also during the period, I actively participated in the Pégasus project, structuring and developing the base architecture of the services responsible for the calculation engines, these already in .net Core 2.1 and the SQL-Server database.Active participation in other internal service projects to transfer information between clients and the processing center using ASP.NET Core 3.1 with SignalR communication between clients.

As a product manager, I was responsible for Windows platform products, managed a team of 15 members, including 10 engineers, 2 Team Leaders, 2 QA analysts and 1 UX designer. During the period, I worked on planning and executing roadmaps, evaluating and prioritizing improvements and corrections, gathering product requirements and business rules and also planning and executing small projects. I worked on analysis and development with the team responsible for small improvements and level 3 support of the product's Windows platform, during the period working with the agile Scrum methodology and always maintaining a focus on the customer. Active participation in the development and implementation of strategies to reduce calls, identify and eliminate recurring and chronic problems in the product.Projects:Reconstruction of the Web Platform FrameworkI actively participated in the creation and execution of the project to rebuild the product's Web platform framework. A project lasting more than 6 months using current technologies and methodologies, the project improved the quality of deliveries and enabled the use of architectures that paved the way for a second stage of integration between the platforms.

Working with the systems maintenance team, providing support and development of improvements and small demands from different areas of the company, always applying continuous improvement processes, investigating the causes of problems and corrections. Always aiming for best practices and performance improvements.Working with the sales and commercial team, analyzing and developing demands in the area, contacting key users and analyzing functional and technical requirements. During this period working under Salfer's PDCA project methodologies based on PMBOK, always focusing on agility, process automation and customer satisfaction.Projects:Implementation of the SIAC Store Commercial Automation System (Itautec) and integration with the company's ERP. Project that migrated all the network's tellers, approximately 450 terminals and took approximately 1 year. During this period I was responsible for developing some fundamental integrations of the SIAC system with Salfer's ERP, monitoring and post Go-Live support. Back Office migration to the ERP Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), requirements gathering, analysis, planning, specification, development and documentation of a solution for integrating accounting entries for Oracle EBS Modulo GL. Project lasting approximately 1 year.

I participated in projects such as: Migration of the Windows 2000 network to Windows 2003, expansion and standardization of the technology park, and expansion of the network infrastructure, reduction of failures and problems related to infrastructure, standardization of network speed to 1Gbps, integration of Active Directory with the PMJ headquarters and other units through a VPN connection, development of the online permit consultation system for the Project Approval unit, among others.

Assistance in the administration of a Windows 2000 network with 120 Stations and 2 Servers, maintaining the security and stability of the systems, also working with microinformatics and level 1 and 2 support.

I taught classes for students studying Administration, Occupational Safety andprofessional training in the disciplines of Basic and Applied Informatics using theMS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-Power Point tools, teaching fundamental conceptsabout these tools and also an introduction to the Windows XP operating system.
