Working in the Integrated Product Development (IPD) in E2-Ejets Commercial Program. Job Rotation on Machining Technology, Mechanical Assembly and Joint Segments.- Creation of 2D and 3D scripts (3DVIA Composer).- Implementation and analysis of machining processes. - Monitoring tooling try out and analysis of product change on it. - Management and registration of the manufacturing process documents using SAP. - Contact with suppliers of machining parts. - Assist on the Mechanical Assembly Processes and Tooling Development. - FAI (First Article Inspection) : Application in the production line. - Changes on 2D and 3D Drawings of solid manufacturing using CATIA V5 software. - Application of GD&T language in 3D design (MBD).-Continuous Improvement using Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing methods

Final Work Project: Development (ProEngineer) and manufacturing of electrochemical cells for localized corrosion analysis, to be used in the microscopes of GP lab (Génie de Production) at the ENIT.Tasks: Studies done on localized corrosion, specially on aluminum alloys; technical drawings; final reports and manufacturing cell through 3D printer.

Project focused on the production and characterization of Biocomposite Inox 316L and Hydroxyapatite, important material for human prostheses, supported by the National Council of Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq).Methodology: Powder Metallurgy, Micrograph and Mechanical Strength Tests.

Tasks Performed: Preparing and organizing processes sheets and timing manufacturing processes in production line.
