Vivo had a system made using Oracle Forms and Reports and I had the experience to develop in this framework since it was what I have done in my previous internship job. After 3 months working on CRM team, I was transfer to the billing team.I became responsible for the implementation of the delivering the Bills for the Post-paid customer by mail. I worked using Perl Programming and DOC1 and responsible to generate the files for a Print Center using IBM industrial printers. I love to remember this job I was responsible to substitute a very old system that used to get the bills generated by Amdocs Billing System and transcribe it to text file.I proposed a change to used an Perl Script to transcribe the information generated by Amdocs and generate the input file for DOC1 system. The old software costed USD$ 100.000 anual license and was replaced by an in-house developed system. -
