Enthusiast of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Transactional Analysis. Today, as a business associate in the company Mente Plena - Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional (Mindfulness - Human and Organizational Development), I work as a Career Coach and Consultant in People Management. I support people through self knowledge processes, setting goals and objectives, building and monitoring an action plan, with focus on his/her professional relocation and/or career transition.I gained labor experience in Human Resources in the Algar and Valecard Groups, and with jobs as an autonomous and entrepreneur. I participated in the creation of the “Banco de Talentos Algar” (Algar’s Talent Bank) and the “Centro de Soluções Corporativas (Corporate Solutions Center) of Algar Group's Talent Acquisiton area (CSC Algar - TA). I worked on the project to review and update more than 200 existing positions at Valecard. I worked directly with Human Resources sectors structuring in small and medium-sized companies, with projects in all HR subsystems, such as Job Descriptions, Positions and Salaries, Training and Development, Strategic and Variable Compensation, Organizational Climate, Leadership Development, Performance Evaluation, and Talent Acquisition.I supported the hiring process of a few hundred people in several states, especially in Minas Gerais, Goiás and inland cities of São Paulo. I also have the privilege of having participated directly in the relocation and transition processes of a few dozen professionals.I also work as an Associate Consultant for “Q3 Consultoria”, and as a member of the board of directors of “ACIUB Jovem” (Commercial and Industrial Association of Uberlândia, for young entrepreneurs) internal training area.
