Direct leadership of 2 managers in Brazil, 1 in Mexico, 1 in Chile and 1 in Argentina, in charge of all aspects of international legal support in Xerox's Developing Markets operations in Latin America, involving the distribution of products and services in more than 42 countries. • Managing an international legal team located in several Latin American countries, providing day-to-day legal support to Xerox affiliates and distributor operations in Latin America.• Designing and negotiating a project for recovery of asset review with the closed pension plan company, which enabled the generation of new cash funds.• Leadership in adapting the company's outsourcing model in Mexico, in the face of new legislation that, in summary, created severe restrictions on the outsourcing of employees.

In charge of litigation and paralegal matters, as follows:• Litigation: civil, criminal and environmental law suits;• Paralegal: power of attorney renewals, bid certificates renewals, branch legalization before governmental agencies and corporate documentation filing with the state trade authority.• Managing a team of a junior lawyer, two legal assistants, three administrative assistants and four interns.• Directly reporting to the Legal Director.• Project leadership for mapping and recovery of judicial deposits.• Legal support in the sale of the company's business unit, meeting the global strategic planning. • Restructuring of the hires of outsourced law firms replacing some suppliers.• Support in internal audits.
