I hold a degree in Accounting, with an MBA in Strategic Business Management from FDC and Strategic People Management from FGV.As my philosophy of life and professional purpose, I seek to help people and organizations achieve their goals through their strengths and talents.Throughout 16 years of leading teams, I was able to teach and learn a lot.
