I work with companies from different segments to develop strategic direction, integrated planning and governance. My mission is to drive the transformation and sustainable growth of companies, adopting an economic approach to strategy and corporate governance that integrates people, technologies and processes. I worked as an international executive for 19 years, developing sensitivity to cultural diversity for change management and operational management. I have experience as a statutory director, in the M&A integration process, encompassing commercial areas, finance, supplies, operations and expansion of a new industrial unit. These experiences reinforced my skills in strategic planning, corporate governance and process optimization, contributing significantly to the success of operations in complex and challenging environments.
