Maintenance Supervisor
CurrentHead of the Maintenance section, reports directly to the OIM. The Maintenance Supervisor is the overall responsible for maintaining equipment, technical systems and structures to the standards laid down in applicable rules and regulations. Also responsible for keeping the OIM updated on the condition of the machinery and equipment, ordering parts, record keeping and the appraisal of maintenance personnel.Job responsibilities:-Management of Maintenance Sectors Onboard: Storekeeper, Electrical, Rig Mechanical, Subsea, Mechanical, Engineering and Welding.-Management of Change (MOC), including risk assessment and cost-benefit.-Maintenance KPI’s control (Preventive / Corrective and Predictive, etc).-Driving services for general 3rd part companies.-Control and solve the client issues, getting better results at “Sondopolis” (KPI’s Client System).-Development of improvements to keep equipment’s “health” and performance.-Analyse and improve manufacturer reports about equipment’s upgrade and safety.-Responsible to keep a “safety” stock for main equipment’s, avoiding “Down Time”.Evidence Points/Experience:- Expertise in many Audits, including: Petrobrás, Navy, ANP, ABS and others.- OIM certification.- Maintenance Supervisor Abilities with Panama certification.- Knowledge in IBM MAXIMO software.- Experience in leadership, heading of six directly leaders, conducting maintenance sector with around thirty workers.
