Head of the Maintenance section, reports directly to the OIM. The Maintenance Supervisor is the overall responsible for maintaining equipment, technical systems and structures to the standards laid down in applicable rules and regulations. Also responsible for keeping the OIM updated on the condition of the machinery and equipment, ordering parts, record keeping and the appraisal of maintenance personnel.Job responsibilities:-Management of Maintenance Sectors Onboard: Storekeeper, Electrical, Rig Mechanical, Subsea, Mechanical, Engineering and Welding.-Management of Change (MOC), including risk assessment and cost-benefit.-Maintenance KPI’s control (Preventive / Corrective and Predictive, etc).-Driving services for general 3rd part companies.-Control and solve the client issues, getting better results at “Sondopolis” (KPI’s Client System).-Development of improvements to keep equipment’s “health” and performance.-Analyse and improve manufacturer reports about equipment’s upgrade and safety.-Responsible to keep a “safety” stock for main equipment’s, avoiding “Down Time”.Evidence Points/Experience:- Expertise in many Audits, including: Petrobrás, Navy, ANP, ABS and others.- OIM certification.- Maintenance Supervisor Abilities with Panama certification.- Knowledge in IBM MAXIMO software.- Experience in leadership, heading of six directly leaders, conducting maintenance sector with around thirty workers.

The Electrical/Electronic Supervisor is the head of sector, and reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. The main Objectives to this function are: Keep the integrity and “health” of electrical/electronic and automation systems at the rig.Job responsibilities:- Perform the maintenance plan, according manufacturer’s manual.- Management of Electrical/Electronic team.- Driving services for general 3rd part companies.- Development of improvements to keep equipment’s “health” and performanceEvidence Points/Experience:- Knowledge in: Cranes (Seatrax) and Knuckle Boom (NOV), Propulsion System Thruster Azimuthal (Flowserve) Automation Systems (Kongsberg K-Chief, NOV - Amphion), inverters and rectifiers for low and medium voltage (Siemens S120 and GM150), AC Generator - 11 KV (EMD / NOV) Top Drive TDS1000, Drawworks SSGD1000, PRS 8i, Iron Roughneck AR4500 and Mud Pumps P220 (NOV), BOP (GE/Hydril).

One of main piece of electrical/electronic team, reports directly to the Electrical/Electronic Supervisor.Job responsibilities:- Assist the supervisor with issues and solutions.- Execute the maintenance service orders (Prevenctive / Corrective), keeping quality and safety.- Order parts and consumables.Evidence Points/Experience:- Present in part of Gold Star Rig commissioning in Singapore, Keppel Fells Shipyard, 2009.
