Participated, coordinated and led different projects for the migration of different applications to a new SYSPLEX, migrated transmission interfaces from legacy FTP transmissions to Connect Direct.Reverse engineering for current legacy systems for migrating those to new applications. Fully engaged with the Business in developing a new solution for the Project.DevOps activities giving support as Level 3 for the Mainframe applications in the same space.

What is more important for a company that keeping the business running? At the Operations Team we had that mission. With a scope of +90 mainframe applications, I managed technically the Customer Care & Aftersales Team in the Incident Management process by organizing the backlog of tickets, documenting recurrent incidents, and by developing permanent fixes to reduce the number of incidents.

Team member of the Mainframe Operations for the Global Purchasing & Supply Chain department for the General Motors account, and maintained several applications running in the Production environment by taking on call shifts, solving incidents and documenting processes.
