I'm an art director and UX/UI Designer based in São Paulo that loves to work with innovation and figure ways to help colleagues and clients to achieve their goals, and learn more about the design process and new frameworks for productivity. I believe in design with purpose and clear goals, based in results and people-centered.My past experiences include working at McCann Health as a Senior Art Director and Creative Team Lead, being responsible for leading a team of creatives in projects for clients such as Bayer, Acuvue, Femme, Sanofi and Hirudoid, and also gave creative support for McCann Health New York, participating in meetings and presentations. I'm currently at Swordfish as Head of Art for clients such as Daiichi Sankyo, AstraZeneca, AbbVie and Novartis, and Studio Manager for production for Swordfish Australia.Prior to joining McCann Health, I worked as a Senior Art Director and Creative Team Lead at Oliver Latin America, being responsible for the creative consistency and correct brand usage for Azul, with a team of designers and devs, giving feedback, creative inputs and helping to develop a culture of on-going feedback and creativity for every member of the team. I helped to develop the design system for Azul and was involved with the creation of retail campaigns such as Black Friday.And before that I worked at Reprise Digital, creating for Amazon Music, Amazon Prime Video, Esteé Lauder Companies, BIC and Western Union.I was fortunate to work for clients such as Bayer, Walmart, FQM Group, Merz, Grupo Bandeirantes, and many others.Currently studying UX/UI frameworks and available for new job opportunities.
