Guidance of information collection teams in the field and teams of elaboration/digitization of information in specific software, following and controlling all the specific norms requested by the client. Monitoring during the harvest and directing actions to maximize results and correct deviations. - Definition with the Engineering sector of project priorities for plant optimization. - Elaboration with the engineering of studies (optimization of energy export, optimization of industrial efficiency, increase of grinding, flexibility of production mix). - Participation in the preparation of feasibility studies for projects, as well as monitoring the expected results and corrections if necessary. - Preparation of plant mass and energy balances for analysis and maximization of efficiency and productivity in the Sugar, Ethanol, Yeast and Energy areas. - Acting as Black Belt in several Lean work groups (multidisciplinary and contemplating other units of the group) Continuous improvement. - Conducting training for the production team (processes). - Use of the Falconi methodology in work groups – focus on reducing consumption of inputs (result R$ 1.2 MM). - Development of industrial inputs for application in the process (focus on quality and costs). - Process development and search for new technologies.
