Over the last two years, I have helped deliver several large-scale, multi-million dollar projectsthrough Slalom (clients such as Apple, Sysco Food, Chevron, Phoenix Suns, etc), applying my leadership inExperience Design and Creative Direction, building authentic relationships and striving to do the right thing in the best way possible. I'm a key resource at the beginning of the projects, using Agile method, I'm able to understand the problems of the client and immediately propose the solutions starting with interviews, wireframes, mockups and prototypes and finally delivering the final result with all the documentation needed. Usually this process takes between 5 to 8 weeks. Currently I lead a team of designers and I oversee production specs & facilitate design reviews with stakeholders, I collaborate closely with product managers, developers and marketing team.

- Consulted on brand management for the Beach Boys, People’s Choice Awards, Chevrolet, Sports Watch, and PowerBlocks. - Directed a team of six to design dozens of websites and create two internal digital products to compete with Twitter and MailChimp. - Coordinated communication between various projects and teams concerning UX design, web presence, software applications, graphics, schedules, and delivery. - Worked side by side with other leaders/directors of different areas (project managers, marketing, design, developers, copyrighters) in order to deliver the best high-quality products to the clients.

- Built from scratch a consulting firm to work with significant Italian brands including Gucci, Gili, Fiat, Fondiaria-Sai Assicurazioni and others. - Directed a team of freelance designers to create marketing solutions for clients including every phase of project lifecycle from concept and modelling to development and implementation. - Designed and owned a mobile application startup, iBoatApp, to guide boaters as a nautical navigation tool.
