This dual responsibility required a versatile approach, in which I not only refined my creative skills, but also improved my communication and negotiation skills.By interacting directly with our existing and potential client base, I dove headfirst into understanding their needs and goals in depth. This involvement was not limited to identifying clear demands; it involved a continuous process of discovery to capture the nuances of each project, understand the capabilities of the creative team, and not just present solutions, but proposals that exceeded each client's individual expectations whenever possible.
