Responsible for the purchase of the company´s energy demands, mainly sourcing straight from generators (open market).Also responsible for all the contracts related to rental of electricity poles rental which Oi´s cables pass through. Such poles belong to electrical companies.

Management of all purchasings and contracting services related to the IT department of the company;Interaction with the managements associated to the IT Direction;I have actively participated in a multidisciplinary team further to the reformulation process of the working systematic and IT demands contracting, accruing in considerable savings compared to the rates previously paid;

Supervision of the suppliers of raw material that represented around 50% of the total purchasing volume, sourcing for new suppliers (both national and overseas), coordination of the import processes and elaboration of both purchase & sale and services (outsourcing) agreements; Interaction with the production and maintenance managements and with the Manufacturing Direction;I have developed a new international supplier of the main raw material, which represented meaningful savings and a supply alternative towards the Brazilian oligopoly market;

Conducting negotiations with foreign suppliers (prices, lead times, payment terms and incoterms) of spare parts necessary to the aircrafts maintenance, safety stock levels control aiming at assure the parts availability at the repair & maintenance shops;Interaction with the repair shops technicians and with the engineers responsible for the engines maintenance.I assured the necessary spare parts stock availability in order to accomplish the scheduled engines preventive maintenances and hence avoiding aircrafts on the ground for lacking the respective engines.
