More than 17 years working for automotive multinational companies in global teams. The last four years, I've being collaborating and sharing my experience working as design leader and scrum master in Design & GAE Team. Also I'm certified as Professional Scrum Master I.As my major strength I see the raw potential in people and even small signs of progress. As a result of it my encouragement helps others learn, grow and improve.With International engineering experience (USA and Sweden), I had the opportunity to build a global networking which helped me to improve the collaboration with platform site and also perform design and geometrical architect activities for new projects, advanced engineering and global new 3D methods.In this period I could also develop technical skills such as Solid knowledge in Diesel engines, manufacturing process (Plastic injection, High pressure die cast, die cast, forming, sheet metal, rotational molding and machining) and GD&T mixed with CETOL software that has contributed to improve several projects.As immersive and innovative tool, the Virtual reality and Augmented reality helped in several design reviews and recently it's being applied as a tool to minimize environmental issues. They are part of new technologies related to industry 4.0 witch I could lead the implementation locally. CAD tools (mainly Creo), product development, and Product Data Management (PDM). Good skills with manufacturing processes, cross-functional team and additive manufacturing.
