My focus is primarily on athletes and weekend warriors whom by and large need more serious training to enhance their overall athletic performance. My training model is based on a periodization program and focuses on four stages of development: Conditioning, Strength, Power, and Plyometrics (Reactive Training). This model of training is now used by athletes and Olympians. I can be reached for a personal consultation via email at federico@leanforcetraining.com or by phone at 617.733.0417.In addition, we are currently training clients interested in functional training and in the interim they are transforming their lives. The Lean Force periodization programs provides them the opportunity to start at the ground level and build themselves up. The progression model is helping from the beginner, intermediate, to the advance exerciser reach their fitness potential. We welcome all clients wanting to transform their health.
