Project: La Vie Long An Factory Investment 2020• Manage small purchase projects in the factory such as added new product Prestige PET 700 ml at Glass Line - budget 238 kUSD, added new high washer machine at 5-Gallon- budget 246 kUSD.Role: Project Coordinator.• Responsible for project from conceptual to handover to end-user.Other project team members: 01 start-up leader.Project challenge: Regarding the Prestige PET 700 ml project, we didn’t have any experience before because this was the first line in the factory running both Glass & PET bottles, there were risks of labeler machine (sticker) didn't work properly so that led to labels were not pretty.

Project: La Vie Long An Factory Investment 2019• Responsible for project New Glass Line 10.000-bph in La Vie Long An Factory from design to handover, budget 3000 kUSD)- Role: Senior Project Engineer.• Lead all activities related project engineering sector in whole project life cycle from initial phase to the project closed phase.• Develop of layouts, block diagrams, distribution piping diagrams, P&ID, 2D drawing… • Collect requirements, develop WBSs, scope statement, URS …• Work with Procurement team for tendering phase.• Monitoring and controlling the project execution works on site.• Lead DOR project meeting & participate in Change Management meeting of the factory• Co-ordinate with Start-up team to arrange the nesscessary training.• Support new E2E project managers to understand the culture and working environment in the company.• Responsible for project audits & closing gaps.• Conduct & share lessons learned with the project team & suppliers.- Other project team members: 01 E2E Project manager, 01 start-up leader, 01 Civil Supervisor (consultant).- Project challenge: this was an expansion project so we need to get the area for project execution, prepare for phasing, detail planning needed, and re-arrange the workplace and workflow for some factory departments during project implementation to ensure there was no impact on daily operations of the factory.

Project: Milo Binh An Factory Expansion 2014 (start from installation to handover).Role: Filling & Packing Project Engineer.• Supervise machine unloading & installation, created defect list during installation, commissioning and follow-up closing.- Other project team members: 01 E2E Project manager, 01 project admin (part-time), 01 project planner, 03 safety officers (part-time), 01 Civil Manager + 02 Civil Supervisors., 01 Process Manager + 03 Process Engineers, 01 Procurement manager + 01 Procurement Officer, 01 start-up leader + 15 production operators & maintenance staffs. - Project challenge: this project was 3 months late behind schedule and it faced a lot of problems such as over project budget because there was a lot of Variation Order needed to send to contractors due to missing WPs.

Project: La Vie Long An Factory Expansion 2012 (start from construction to handover, budget 11000 kUSD).Role: Project Engineer.• Work closely with the project manager & project team to plan the project effectively, by ensuring the project requirements, specifications, draft drawings, and health and safety proposals… Set up an emergency plan and general site facilities for the project, and ensure that these are in line with the health and safety proposal - Other project team members: 01 Project manager, 01 project admin (part-time), 02 project engineer, 01 safety officer (part-time), 01 start-up leader, 01 Civil Supervisor (consultant).- Project challenge: The production area (1000 m2) for installing new retail line 48000 bph, it was built inside the production area while keeping the surrounding lines in operation, built New Warehouse with very challenge schedule (2200m2), New Auxiliaries building (200m2-with underground water tank 600 m3). New loading area (2000m2) was built while keeping the loading operation. Some project members left while the project was in progress. Flooding during project startup…

- Studies and coordinate with production team leader to make process requirement for supplier to implement project upgrade electrical and automation system.- Check electrical drawing is designed by the contractors, check automation program is programed by supplier make sure they follow requirements and ready before commissioning.- Monitor and report actuator machines, equipment status within assigned area in order to make needed adjusting and maintenance to keep them in good conditions.- Rapid solution equipment electrical problems in the production process.- Installation of equipment, debug, troubleshooting shooting of machines.in order to minimize downtime.- Debug, troubleshooting of PLC & SCADA system.
