Test planning, preparation and execution of testing processes for complex front-end and back-end gym and clinical systems (Salesforce, Qinec, TrackCare, Gym Manager, Technogym and etc.) and integrations with outsourced front-end systems. Key activities:● Managing the completion of testing/quality assurance processes for the project● Proactive communication with other project team representatives across UK time zones and various locations – including Project and Program Managers, Business Analysts, Dev & QA Leads, Business Owners etc. - to explain the testing progress and status and to highlight any testing-related project risks● Test Plan/Strategy creation / Effort estimation● Responsible for QA resources on the project, their number, qualification and training● Negotiating use of the necessary resources and escalating issues if unsuccessful● Analyzing specifications, change requests and user stories, providing QA recommendations todevelopment and project management● Defect management and Test Management – creating and maintaining defect management and test (Test Cases and Scripts) management processes● Test Reporting (daily / weekly / by the end of test cycle / on demand) - Test Coverage, QA results, Test Summary etc● Test Metrics (Traceability matrix) implementation and tracking● UAT (User Acceptance Testing), BVT (Business Validation Testing) Management and Support● Business Process Testing management and support● People management, internal quality control● Recruiting and training of new employees● Other client-targeted activities, assuring the client is fully satisfied with the job performed by our team● Fast reactivity to clients’ inquiries● Thorough business users support during testing provided both onsite and offsite● Achieve transparency and visibility of outsourced activities to client
