Finance Manager
Reporting to business owner, responsible for full spectrum of statutory (audit) and management reporting, tax (corporate tax, GST, transfer pricing) and risk management. Establish and keep a healthy banking relationship; ensure compliance with debt covenants. Constantly enhance business processes, identify potential gaps and implement corrective measures. Key personnel in talent acquisition for finance, business and operations divisions. Provide commercial insights and strategic recommendations on logistics and warehousing matters.
