Ms. Mallette is a Geologist PM with experience in environmental consulting and Geotechnical Engineering. She has strong foundations in project management, geologic principles, and health and safety. She has achieved success at developing excellent working relationships with clients, management, staff, regulatory officials, and subcontractors. LeAnn has experience in managing projects, project teams, subcontractors, and budgets. She has prepared and reviewed monitoring reports, work plans, corrective action plans, assessment reports, well installation reports, well abandonment reports, closure reports, low threat closure reports, health and safety plans, permitting. LeAnn has experience collecting, describing and identifying soil samples using Unified Soil Classification System, and collected groundwater samples. LeAnn has managed and implemented the installation, development, repair and abandonment of monitoring and system wells, the advancement of boreholes, abandonment of remediation systems and their compounds, and monitoring of air quality.
