Instructs and facilitates NW3C’s Financial Records Examination and Analysis (FREA), Foundations of Intelligence Analysis (FIAT) course, Intellectual Writing and Briefing (IWAB) Course, and Financial Crimes Against Seniors, providing hands on training and adult basic learning methods to law enforcement personnel in regards to computer software used when investigating financial crimes, as well as instructing them on the examination and analysis of various types of bank records,how to work with a prosecutor, and expert witness testimony in a trial. Additionally instructs law enforcement on various methods of intelligence analysis such as crime pattern analysis, association analysis, flow analysis, communication analysis and effective writing and briefing skills. Overseas the course logistics including (but not limited to) coordinating with travel managers, training support team, hotel sites, vender agency facility managers, and setting up on-site room logistics. Assists with the creation and revision of new and current training courses, as well the implementation of instructional strategies to insure that the content is consistent with established directives and subject matter as assigned.

Instructed the Total Army Instructor Training Course (TAITC), Small Group Instructor Training Course (SGITC), and Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course (BNCOC). Was eesponsible for instructing soldiers in leadership skills, grading students’ ability to conduct briefings, physical fitness, drill and ceremonies, as well as their leadership skills and their ability to conduct after action reviews and risk assessments; maintaining student files, counseling soldiers, coordinating with post logistics to ensure all training needs are reserved and available. Certified soldiers to be an instructor for the Army and train soldiers to be a small group instructor for the Army using traditional and small group, or adult learning instructional methods. Coordinate training logistics and evaluations of students while working with other interagency sections “Continuing Operating Environment” into the BNCOC course. An additional duty was to serve as the Alternate Equal Opportunity Representative.

Responsible for insuring that the regiment’s training schedules were completed with accuracy to headquarters within a timely manner; ensured all yearly training briefings and yearly training requirements were adhered to; insured that companies had the equipment and facilities needed to conduct training; instructed SGI and TAITC.

Responsible for assisting the post commander in administration to include screening office traffic and scheduling, analyzing financial needs for the post, office filing, employee time and attendance files, facilitating employee training, counseling employees in regards to job and civilian training as well as retirement and benefits; project post’s future financial needs through the use of MS Office. Act as liaison between post commander and civilian, military and government agencies, facilitating training, projects and meetings. Assist commander in yearly training guidance, training schedules and project training needs through research, investigation and preparation. Responsible to the post commander for the management of Army Training Site Funds, upwards of $300,000 to $400,000 yearly.
