Training Instructor
CurrentInstructs and facilitates NW3C’s Financial Records Examination and Analysis (FREA), Foundations of Intelligence Analysis (FIAT) course, Intellectual Writing and Briefing (IWAB) Course, and Financial Crimes Against Seniors, providing hands on training and adult basic learning methods to law enforcement personnel in regards to computer software used when investigating financial crimes, as well as instructing them on the examination and analysis of various types of bank records,how to work with a prosecutor, and expert witness testimony in a trial. Additionally instructs law enforcement on various methods of intelligence analysis such as crime pattern analysis, association analysis, flow analysis, communication analysis and effective writing and briefing skills. Overseas the course logistics including (but not limited to) coordinating with travel managers, training support team, hotel sites, vender agency facility managers, and setting up on-site room logistics. Assists with the creation and revision of new and current training courses, as well the implementation of instructional strategies to insure that the content is consistent with established directives and subject matter as assigned.
