Owner and Manager of the gym which started as a female only, child friendly facility and then developed into a family friendly Strength and Conditioning gym. I was responsible for promotion and advertising and the day to day running of the business including bookkeeping, purchasing and customer relations. Within this role I also facilitated a range of fitness classes including Kettlebells and Stretch but specialising in Aerial Silks.
