Receptionist
Current- Highly proficient with computer programs and ability to learn new technology (PBS, Excel) - Stocking in vehicles and updating databases and spreadsheets to promote credible access to information (website,e-leads, inventory,doras)- Greeting and directing visitors to appropriate personnel- Handling a multi-line phone system and directing calls and messages for staff- Maintaining a professional tone at all times- Maintaining confidentiality of information regarding clients and company- Coordinating with staff about appointments, sold units and customer information- Processing transactions and responsible for receiving payments (cash, checks, credit payments) from customers- Licensing leased and financed vehicles- Proving Management with daily reports(sales calls,appointments,deals)
