• Main duties include but are not limited to:• Processing customer and service providers queries.• Implementing pricing in SAP• Producing weekly and monthly invoice reports using Excel• Use of Pivot tables• Processing job cards for service providers• Providing help desk support to service providers that are experiencing service issues.• Travel to multiple sites across the UK where subcontractors needed support in ensuring all jobs were put onto the system (this required a lot of systems knowledge). Confidently deal with drivers, some of which had breakdowns, and needing to process large scale repairs to fleet vehicles to be within profit.• Success in this role relied on being able to liaise with people effectively and deal with issues promptly and calmly in case of accidents where blow outs can occur.

• Main duties involved processing subscription orders.• Liasing with external customers, sales executives and customer service representatives in order to ensure that a high volume of orders was processed accurately and efficiently.• Producing performance reports in Excel, which go out to customers as well as sales managers.• Receiving queries via email, fax and over the phone• Promotion within the company to Sales Administrator - Duties included: producing the weekly invoice Reports for NHSBT (NHS)• Processing contracts from Customers and rate applications• Setting up new accounts for customers based on email requests from sales executives and account managers.• Investigating queries with regards to rates in the internal system and looking into the customers rate agreement to resolve these issues.• Producing the invoices for Vodafone, Ericsson and other large accounts• Investigating invoice queries from credit control to minimise the number of credits coming through to the department.
