Responsible for project delivery of two projects, with a combined cost of £56 million, aiming to reduce serious youth violence and increase engagement with education. - Single point of contact for a number of schools and local authority teams- Monitoring progress of delivery and addressing risks - Troubleshooting and offering advice and guidance using my knowledge of the wider context of the programme and DfE- Challenging stakeholders where appropriate when not adhering to grant conditions in a professional and approachable manner- Working with national partners to organise communities of practice for Taskforce specialists, supporting and facilitating these workshops- Organising and leading face-to-face away days for key stakeholders- Recording data, maintaining accurate records to monitor and mitigate against risk

Responsible for coordinating and managing the Talking Together project in Birmingham and Leicester - a project aimed at teaching predominantly Muslim women English.

Responsible for creating and delivering an English language curriculum for children aged 4 to 10 years old.

Supporting young care leavers aged 15 to 18 to live independently.
