This role was predominantly outbound promoting waste management and skip hire services to construction based businesses around the UK. Freedom to run own diary and heavily sales targeted.

This role was inbound sales of home broadband and phone services. Potential customers would phone PlusNet and I would then try to turn their enquiry into a sale. I would carry out a full needs analysis and then present the best option to them. I would provide a calm, jargon free explanation of which product was best for them and why, I would then objection handle if needed and try to close the sale.All sales targets were hit from day one within the business

Inbound sales/ customer service role. Working in retentions to avoid customers cancelling their accounts, reviewing services/ usage and upselling new products.
