Responsibilities included:- Developing and editing online learning materials and content. - Liasing with clients and the Instructional Design team to assess the learning needs of the audience, and analyzing existing instructional materials. - Developing and designing engaging interactive materials to suit tailored learning objectives and assessment needs.

Responsible for establishing, developing and facilitating the pilot Student Support Scheme within UCD School of History.Responsibilities included:- Responsible for the management and supervision of the student learning experiences of 2,000 students enrolled in all of the undergraduate modules offered by UCD’s School of History. - Daily consultations and personal engagement with students.- Regularly liaised with administrative and teaching staff members.- Responsible for delivery and communication to ensure compliance with best standards and practices.- Developed a series of thematic learning and training opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Including workshops on essay writing, CV writing, confidence building and health and wellbeing.Co author of Journal article 'Assisting the Individual: Practical Interventions to Assist in Student Retention' with Paul Rouse (2017).

Worked in conjunction with the National Library of Ireland and UCD’s Adult Education Centre to develop and deliver an educational outreach programme for the general public which reflected ongoing research into the Decade of Centenaries, specifically the 1916 Easter Rising.Responsibilities included:- Engaging and collaborating with other teams, working groups and committees which were integrally involved in organising the national commemoration events held across Ireland for the 1916 Rising in order to deliver a programme of high quality instruction.- Encouraging the participation of members of community, who were identified as possibly feeling 'excluded' from the commemoration celebrations. Including immigrants, the elderly and those who had previously been unable to attain the education which they desired. - Utilised social media platforms as well as advertising in the local press and online to encourage enrollment. Also operated an 'open door' policy within the National Library of Ireland, where the programme was hosted.- Coordinated, supervised and supported the instructors involved and the students enrolled.- Ensured that the lectures delivered and the information available to the students were appropriate for all levels.- Held weekly feedback reviews and one-to-one meetings with each individual student to improve/amend any oversights or difficulties which the students encountered.- Maintained records and reports on the project

Responsibilities included:- Academic writing support primarily for UCD undergraduate students. - Acertaining the concerns or concerns of the student's in relation to their individual writing processes.- Offering assistance and advice on specific writing difficulties or on writing in general (anything from essay structure, choosing a title, planning, editing, referencing etc.).- Recording and maintaining records on student meetings and progress.- Maintaining and marketing the Writing Support Centre via Social Media.
