Including immigrants, the elderly and those who had previously been unable to attain the education which they desired. - Utilised social media platforms as well as advertising in the local press and online to encourage enrollment. Also operated an 'open door' policy within the National Library of Ireland, where the programme was hosted.- Coordinated, supervised and supported the instructors involved and the students enrolled.- Ensured that the lectures delivered and the information available to the students were appropriate for all levels.- Held weekly feedback reviews and one-to-one meetings with each individual student to improve/amend any oversights or difficulties which the students encountered.- Maintained records and reports on the project
