Experienced, customer focused individual, who strives to deliver the best service in my given role. Great experience established of people management through a selection of roles at different levels within various retailers. I am now focusing my attention on building an established foothold in the Human Resource sector.In my current role I am developing HR strategies to address current and long-term employee retention requirements and implementing actions to promote the company brand; operating the company’s recruitment processes by assessing workforce requirements and appointing the right person for the job role in accordance with the recruitment plan; implementing the disciplinary and grievance process in accordance with the company policy and enabling line managers, supervisors and team leads to understand and enforce company policies and procedures.I am also a STEM Ambassador, representing the Engineering Industry within Education Settings whilst promoting career pathways for all within the Engineering & Manufacturing Industry. I am responsible for the implementation of the Specdrum/Specfab Apprenticeship programme, devising development plans, co-ordinating review meetings between mentor and mentee and ensuring our apprentice's experience all of our manufacturing processes during their apprenticeship journeys. Recently I have taken up a role as a Mentor on SistersIN Leadership programme. With this opportunity I am partnered with a school to engage with our future female leaders - driving their commitment in taking a leadership role in their future career.
