After changing my outlook on priorities during the 2020/21 pandemic I sourced myself a position that has not only kept me stimulated day in day out but that also comfortably fits around family life and the role I play in our family run garage business.I feel extremely lucky to have secured myself a rewarding role within a thriving local business where I not only enjoy the surprises and challenges that each custom order may bring but where I have been made to feel part of an extremely well organised close knit team.My current and ever changing role is to maintain all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation.Planning shipments based on product availability and customer requests. Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries. Preparing shipping documents (invoices, purchase orders and delivery notes) and providing information to customers regarding the status of their orders.All of the above whilst keeping on top of the demanding requirements of both the sales/purchase ledger and day to day accounts of the company.My achievements and success within this role are down to the excellent organisational and time management skills I have obtained over the years in past positions.
