Accounts payable and ad hoc duties as requested

My responsibilities extend to all aspects of Trust Accounting on RP Office/Macpro including Residential, Commercial and Sales. Daily tasks include receipting, bank reconciliations, banking, invoicing, statement runs, Eom Rollovers, financial statements, account sales, data entry, customer queries and problem solving skills.

My responsibilities included all aspects of Trust Accounting and management of the Company Accounts. I have extensive experience and training on RPOffice, Myob, Outlook, Microsoft Office and various software packages. My duties included extensive written and verbal correspondence with clients, training of staff, problem solving and implementation of time and money saving procedures. Owners Corporation accounts and documents were also part of my duties. I handled all Sales Accounts, daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations, statement runs and corrected any staff errors and ensured all required legislation was adhered to at all times.
