•I look after the space planning for 35 international stores within CIS, Cyprus, SE Asia, SW Asia and Australia. This equates to 40% of the international business and covers 9 partners all need tailored support.•Ensuring that space is optimised and stores are profitable, requiring detailed analysis each season and liaising with UK teams for benchmarks.•Influencing senior stake holders within the Debenhams business and Partners alike ensuring that I am proposing the best commercial decisions for the business on an individual store basis.• Fixture ordering process, liaising with the UK, VM teams to ensure that fixtures are up to date. Also with Partners, Suppliers and DC teams to manage the process.• Planning and executing new stores/updates. Working cross functionally with divisional and territory merchandisers, Visual Managers, very closely with Operation Managers and Controllers and also with project managers to ensure stores launch strongly. Meet company standards and hit sales and profitability plans. I also then continue working with Ops managers and TM counterparts to track sales, space and density to ensure space is optimised and make recommendations for change if necessary.• Making commercial decisions that will maximise the profit for partners and Debenhams alike,• Setting up, managing and maintaining spreadsheets to track space and sales across multiple seasons for all partners in Debenhams International business, This equates to 70 stores within the portfolio.
