I have a nursing career spanning over 30 years, specialising in Intensive Care and Emergency nursing. I have a breadth of experience in both clinical and managerial roles.My significant management experience includes essential roles such as Manager of Intensive Care and Emergency Services, Deputy Director of Nursing, and Acting Director of Nursing. These opportunities have allowed opportunity to drive improvements in patient care and operational efficiency. Always looking for improvement my experience provides a blend of clinical acumen and strategic vision.I am adept in project management, leading and contributed to critical initiatives of Rostering Best Practice, a strategic response as the COVID-19 Secondary Workforce Coordinator, and leading the COVID Vaccination Program for Western NSW Local Health District.
