I develop and implement relevant and engaging math and science courses for middle and high school students. Working closely with the science department, I support and collaborate with teachers to create lessons, activities, and programming that adhere to academic standards.

I worked with the National Geographic Society as a freelance researcher to synthesize the scientific literature and to write short reports on the importance of preserving the world’s biodiversity for the Last Wild Places program.

As a teaching assistant for multiple undergraduate courses in which I developed and delivered science-based curriculum for students with varying majors and interests.

I supported data management by organizing, digitizing, and entering data into the world’s largest great ape behavioral database as well as conducted independent research.
