I am a driven, results-oriented employment lawyer, defending employers of all sizes in workplace disputes and counseling management on proactive compliance and best practices.I employ a people-centric approach to my practice, as experience has shown that most workplace disputes come down to the way in which people interact with one another – ultimately, how people get along. I’ve seen both sides of the coin, having previously represented aggrieved employees and then transitioning to representing management. Through this, I’ve gained invaluable insight into what motivates employees, which guides my advice and counseling to my management clients.My experience includes representing clients in matters involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, harassment, whistleblowing, and wage and hour disputes in the employment setting. I have litigated claims in state and federal court, and before various state and federal agencies including the EEOC, PHRC, DOL, NLRB, and OSHA.I also help companies by conducting wage and hour and pay practices audits; creating employee manuals; conducting workplace investigations; and drafting executive severance agreements, among other employment-related services.I am licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
