Related to this, I drove operational efficiency efforts while maturing existing processes and delivering automation. Additionally I worked on a team to prepare brand profitability analyses for Category Management. I led a department responsible for Sales Forecasting as a primary input into Production Plans and was involved in the administration of the accounting function associated with distribution and warehousing.
