VP Data Management, Payment Operations and Participations ReportingAt WB, I guided the strategic vision while leveraging my leadership abilities to grow my team from 7 to support a 50-member organization specializing in data management, payment operations, and participation reporting. Related to this, I drove operational efficiency efforts while maturing existing processes and delivering automation. Additionally, I cultivated an environment that valued a customer-centric mindset and established business partnerships. During my tenure with Accenture, I used my domain expertise of the entertainment industry to manage the sale and delivery of business-critical projects. I also spearheaded essential SAP implementations that empowered enterprise data management capabilities. I also connected with potential partners and nurtured relationships with customers and a wide range of stakeholders while ensuring project profitability.Selected achievements:❏ Hand-picked to save failing complex project; partnered with stakeholders to identify and address challenges, built groundbreaking solution adopted as company standard and leading to creation of an outsourced offering.❏ Drove software sales between studios by leveraging out-of-the-box solution resolving gaps between client requirements and vendor requests for proposal (RFP); client was extremely satisfied and solution was adopted as de-facto industry standard❏ Lead CBS/Viacom (Paramount) application separation team involving planning and execution of infrastructure, application, and data separations; additionally drafted transitional support agreements between two companies. ❏ Primary contributor on Universal/NBC merger integration team that comprehensively analyzed general ledger systems and delivered influential recommendations for new merged entity; presented recommendations to highest organizational levels to facilitate decision. SAP was ultimately selected.❏ Key contributor to Universal’s SAP financials project from requirements gathering to post-production support; lead interface architecture / design team additionally managing complex data conversion. Guided cutover team to provide critical feedback for go/no-go decision.

At Unilever, I was involved in streamlining the month end close process to achieve a 10 day close. Based on this experience I was involved with the initial phases of the SAP implementation. Additionally I worked on a team to prepare brand profitability analyses for Category Management. I led a department responsible for Sales Forecasting as a primary input into Production Plans and was involved in the administration of the accounting function associated with distribution and warehousing.
