On a daily basis I would prepare meals for the residents in the nursing home. Meals would be prepared according to the residents needs; regular diets, minced diets, puree diets as well as diabetic needs/diets. Followed recipes to ensure the finished product was exactly what the residents were expecting. All inventory was monitored on a daily basis, to ensure that over ordering wasn't an issue as well as no stock outs took place.
