Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Lead for MCSP Project Routine Immunization Portfolio in Nigeria (2017-2019)Managed a $2 million-dollar Maternal Child Survival Program (MCSP) routine immunization (RI) monitoring, evaluation, and learning Nigeria portfolio. Conceptualized and implemented study protocols and developed processes for program documentation, identified team members with the appropriate skills to ensure high quality deliverables and developed and executed a knowledge management plan to disseminate findings globally. The portfolio was diverse and complex including health systems strengthening approaches, technology driven solutions and behavior change interventions. Research findings were summarized and presented at professional conferences including the Health Systems Research Symposium, the Social and Behavior Change Summit and the USAID Global Health mini-university. Principal Investigator, Innovations Project Community Benefits Health Evaluation in Ghana (2013-2015)Oversaw a team composed of in country research partners, data analysts, and behavior change and social network consultants in a multi-year mixed methods evaluation that aimed to assess the effect of a community based non-monetary incentive in improving maternal, newborn and child health outcomes. Oversaw and participated in all stages of the research process including study design, data collection, analysis and report writing. Led research dissemination efforts, including the development of research briefs and presentations targeting local stakeholders. Research findings were also presented at professional conferences. CHIME New Business Development Coordinator (2013-2015)Contributed to 15 international evaluation bids for a wide range of content areas and clients. Led capture plans, competitor analyses, and win themes development. Developed detailed outlines, wrote sections of proposals and prepared budgets and work plans.

I volunteered as the treasurer on the board of a non-profit organization called African Mother's Health Initiative. In this capacity, I established a system to manage donations and program expenditures.
