Provides staff assistance to the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals and the Community Preservation Committee. Reviews applications submitted to these boards for completeness and conformance to applicable laws and regulations; provides comments and recommendations to the Board on all projects. Assists in the administration and implementation of subdivision control laws, subdivision rules and regulations and zoning, including the processing of preliminary, definitive and cluster definitive plans. Conducts site inspections as necessary. Town representative to the Cape Light Compact JPE Board of Directors.

Assisted the Principle Planner and Department Director with projects relating to long range planning.Created documents to supplement the Planning Board and regularly attended meetings. Weekly reviews of building applications for Site Plan Approvals and written memos for the PlanningBoard.April to July 2017, worked as the GIS Coordinator for the Town.
