I'm an experienced digital media producer and love the challenges and variation my role offers. My favourite part of the job is planning the UX details of a project – especially where there is a game-based approach.For the last 17 years, I've been working for DESQ, a creative agency specialising in the design and development of digital L&D solutions. As a Producer, I am responsible for developing and realising the specific user experience approach for each project, as well as managing the project team and collaborating with the client. My responsibilities and skills include:- working closely with the Creative Director and Design team to assist in the creative design of products - working with and leading the production team to ensure the development fulfils the creative vision- developing specifications and prototypes to test out approaches with clients and users- all aspects of project planning and management
