I must ensure that all Angel guests, visitors and staff are cared for, including fire procedures, health &safety, first aid, dealing with incidents and complaints, licensing laws and staff welfare. I am the key contact for staff issues, development needs and support in performance and hospitality needs. I also make sure recruitment, training, development and staff files are maintained. In the absence of a GM, I step in and ensure all operational needs are met within the wage budget. I communicate with management and make decisions to make sure the Rota is delivered on time andis in line with business needs. I attend the weekly management meeting as well as have bespoke meetings with my colleagues and team. I maintain a strong positive relationship and communication with the management, the team and external suppliers.

Worked as part of the construction team to help with the initial construction process for a variety of industrial gas power plants. One of the projects worked on was the NEOM project which is the biggest green hydrogen plant in the world. Putting together visual aids for meetings, scopes of work for the different construction areas and producing recommendations for how the plant should be constructed, were just some of my duties. Use of various platforms and software in different parts of my job description meant that valuable experience was gained. Consultations with other team members helped to develop my communication skills and working towards deadlines played a valuable part.

I worked as part of the engineering team to produce and collate an audit of all grounds, buildings, services and equipment. I worked towards producing a document library of all assets on the site and I assisted the health and safety team with updating documentation.

This is a summer job where I worked on the high ropes department. I had to be diligent with health and safety as I was responsible for children of ages 5-15. I had to pay close attention to the equipment making sure it was all working correctly. After working in the department, I looked after the children in the bunk. I then progressed to manage the department. Where I had to be approachable for the children and the staff, be organized with paperwork, to delegate when needed and be able to adapt to different situations quickly.

This was a high paced environment where I had to think and react quickly in different situations and I had to able to transition into different roles and tasks easily.

I worked as part of a fraud team to decide as to whether a claim was a genuine fraudulent transaction and then transferring the funds accordingly. I worked in correspondence with a Japanese team managing the role of settling honour based fraudulent transactions with a Japanese card scheme. I had to be responsible and reliable as I had to transfer funds. I had to work to a steep deadline to make sure we met our targets.

I received transaction data which I had to find in our systems and then relay the information back tothe customer, to do this I had to pay fine attention to detail. I looked after the caustic migration project which required me to chase relevant Managers and get them to send me the mandates I required for their merchants. I had to log and deal with any queries and actively solve any problems that were raised with the mandates I received.

I worked part time whilst studying for my A-Levels. I had to have excellent customer service skills by being courteous, honest and genuine this ensured the customer had the best experience possible.
